Refund policy

Our 30-night guarantee

We want you to live with your lamp before you decide. If it isn't right for you, email hello@halolune.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll make it right with a full refund.

If we need the lamp returned, we'll send you return instructions with our reply. Refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5 working days of approval.

Damaged or faulty items

If your lamp arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us a photo or short video and your order number. We'll send a replacement free of charge or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Your statutory rights

If you are in the UK, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty goods. Our guarantee is in addition to these rights and does not affect them.
