Shipping policy

Free tracked delivery

Every order ships free with tracking to the United Kingdom and the United States.

United Kingdom — usually 5–11 working days
United States — usually 8–15 working days

These times include 1–3 working days to prepare and check your order before it leaves our fulfilment partner.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 1–2 days to show its first update.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to the UK and US only.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 working days, email hello@halolune.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if it's lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.

Address changes

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
