Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from halolune.com ("Halolune", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders
When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has shipped. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; if we do, we'll refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Set pricing for two or more lamps is applied automatically at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery
Delivery times and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds
Our 30-night guarantee and your statutory rights are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Product use
Charge the lamp with the cable supplied and a standard 5V USB plug. Use it indoors, or outdoors only in dry conditions. Do not open the lamp or attempt to replace the battery.

Product information
We take care to describe our products accurately. Battery life depends on the brightness setting, and colours may look slightly different on different screens.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.

Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and the Halolune name and logo, belongs to Halolune and may not be used without our permission.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the US, you keep any protections given to you by the laws of where you live.
